Safe Build Developments is a leading construction company based in Rotherham, offering construction solutions for SME clients in the North of the UK.

Following a concern regarding their assessment on their main Rotherham site, they instructed LHL to complete a Rating Audit.

Results

Safe Build Developments, received a refund of over £12,000 only six weeks after LHL identified a rates error on their Rotherham storage depot.

The direct result was an immediate recalculation of the business rates charge which generated credits for the whole of the period from 2010 – 2015, also reducing their ongoing charges.
